Duke Energy lobbies for federal regulation of greenhouse gasses

Amanda Griscom Little in Grist has an excellent article on Jim Rogers, the Chairman of Duke Energy (one of the foremost polluters via coal-fired power plants in the US).  He strongly advocates federal regulation of greenhouse gases . To further this cause, he launched the US Climate Action Partnership, an alliance between environmental groups and corporate CEO’s, which advocates a 15% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the next 10 years, and 60-80% by 2050.
